Mr. Harit Kapahi is the Chief Executive Officer at Indicate Immigration Consultancy and is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) in good standing with CICC and also a Commissioner of Taking Affidavits in Ontario. Harit is spearheading Indicate Immigration which strives to provide efficient and transparent immigration solutions to its clients. Indicate Immigration is an embodiment of Mr. Kapahi’s belief, creativity, commitment, and strength in the way it serves its clients.
Harit is an experienced and innovative leader and brings to the table overs 21 years of experience in the immigration industry. He has worked with Immigration New Zealand for 13 years in the role of a Visa Officer and Assistant Manager, Operations at their Delhi and Mumbai offices and has been doing Canadian immigration for the past over eight(8) years.
Harit brings with him over two decades of technical knowledge along with solid experience in interpreting immigration policies and customer relationship management. He possesses unique knowledge of Canadian immigration rules, policies, and guidance which he successfully combines with his pragmatic approach. He is well known among his clients for his exceptional client handling skills and dynamic approach.
Harit holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from Institute of Management Technology (IMT), Ghaziabad, India and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Process Management from Sheridan College, Canada. He has also completed Immigration Consultant Diploma from Academy of Learning College in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.
Mr. Harit Kapahi is the Chief Executive Officer at Indicate Immigration Consultancy Inc., where he leads a dynamic team dedicated to delivering transparent, ethical, and client-centered immigration solutions. As a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) and a Commissioner of Taking Affidavits in Ontario, Mr. Kapahi is fully authorized to provide representation and advice on all matters related to Canadian immigration and citizenship. In addition, he is licensed by the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB) to represent clients in immigration and refugee proceedings before the Board.
With over 24 years of comprehensive experience in the global immigration sector, Mr. Kapahi brings a unique blend of government and private sector expertise to the table. Prior to founding Indicate Immigration, Harit served for 13 years with Immigration New Zealand in progressively senior roles, including Visa Officer and Assistant Manager, Operations, at their missions in Delhi and Mumbai. For over two decades, he has provided strategic immigration guidance to his clients and since August 2014, he has focused exclusively on Canadian immigration, providing representation and strategic immigration planning to individuals, families, and businesses across Canada and internationally.
Mr. Kapahi is highly regarded for his technical expertise, analytical skills, and in-depth understanding of immigration policy frameworks. His approach combines deep regulatory knowledge with a pragmatic and compassionate client service ethos.
